CEO/Managing Director

Christian has over 17 years of Manufacturing experience in automotive, telecoms, medical, defence, and Formula 1 sectors. Trained in Lean Manufacturing and Quality control as part of the highly reputable Mercedes-Benz Lean Manufacturing group and a 12-month lean expert training program at various Mercedes-Benz plants in Europe and a study period in Japan. His profound expertise in manufacturing systems, supply chain restructuring, and operational efficiency has driven substantial improvements in delivery metrics and cost reductions across several high-profile projects. At ADG, Christian brings a wealth of manufacturing and operational efficiency expertise to the table, which leads our product & solution developments.

Dr Taha Doğan Güneş
CTO/Technical & Product Lead

Taha leverages his extensive academic and industry experience to drive technological innovation at ADG. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southampton, UK, specializing in topics such as probabilistic modeling and machine learning, with expertise extending into AI explainability and cybersecurity. His research was supported by UK government bodies like the NCSC, DAIS-ITA, DASA, and DSTL. In the industry, he contributed towards the data governance efforts at one of the world's largest investment banks as a software/data engineer. At ADG, Taha leads the development and strategic deployment of technology solutions, integrating state-of-the-art sensor technologies with robust data management systems to optimize operational efficiencies and enhance the productivity of organizations.

Okan Okuroğulları
CDO/Design Lead

Okan brings over 10 years of multidisciplinary design expertise to the forefront of user experience and product design. Educated in Industrial Product Design, and Interaction Design, his professional journey includes more than 50+ digital products for leading brands such as Huawei (SE), Turkcell (TR), and Domino's (TR), including major grocery store brands to organisations from finance sector. Okan excels in bridging the gap between users, and business stakeholders to drive innovative design strategies that enhance user interaction and operational efficiency. He is obsessed with the design that "just works". At ADG, Okan is pivotal in creating efficient design workflows and implementing state-of-the-art UI/UX solutions that resonate globally.
